Orlique Return & Refund Policy

At Orlique, we’re committed to delivering clean, science-backed supplements that elevate your wellness journey. If you're not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return process.


Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and unopened

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Include proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt)

Due to the nature of our wellness products, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used items.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items
To maintain the integrity and safety of our products, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened or used items

  • Items marked as final sale


Promotional & Discounted Items
Products purchased through limited-time offers, bundles, or quantity discounts are still eligible for return as long as they meet the standard return conditions (unopened, unused, within 30 days). We believe in supporting your wellness goals with flexibility and care.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@orlique.store within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
