Orlique Shipping Policy

At Orlique, we take pride in delivering your wellness essentials with care and efficiency. All orders are shipped with trusted carriers and carefully packed to ensure your products arrive fresh and ready to support your health journey.


Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 15:00 CET (Monday to Friday) will be processed the same business day.
Orders placed after 15:00 CET or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.


Shipping Times & Destinations
We currently ship to a selection of European countries. All shipping is standard (no express option available at this time).

Estimated delivery times:

  • Denmark: 1–2 business days

  • Germany: 2–3 business days

  • Portugal: 5–6 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and may vary based on destination and order weight.

We offer free standard shipping on orders over €100 or 750 DKK.


Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email to follow your delivery. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.


Customs, Duties & Taxes (For international orders)
If you're ordering from outside the EU, your shipment may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total. Orlique is not liable for customs delays.


Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Orlique is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information.


Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@orlique.store. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue by replacing your item or offering a refund.
